Regent Details:

Blade Material: The blade of the Regent is crafted from S35VN steel, a Martensitic stainless steel known for its exceptional hardness, corrosion resistance and edge retention. It has a black titanium coated finish.

Handle Material: The handle scales are constructed from CNC machined 6061 T-6, a high-strength and lightweight material known for its durability and resistance to moisture and temperature variations. 

Locking Mechanism: Completely ambidextrous, the Bar Lock is one of the most intuitive systems operationally, but describing the mechanism is not quite so easy. Omega springs tension the Bar mechanism against notches in the blade. Pull back on the Bar Lock to create sufficient clearance for the blade to swing open or close. The Omega springs ensure lockup tension between the stop pin and Bar Lock. This feature allows for swift one-handed opening with minimal friction, making it easy to access the blade quickly.

Maintenance: Maintaining this knife is relatively straightforward, allowing for easy cleaning, lubrication and blade sharpening. S35VN stainless steel, while durable, requires maintenance to retain its sharpness. It is a must to keep your blade dry, clean and lubricated when not in use.
